  • The survey is being conducted by BMG Research, an independent Market Research Agency based in Birmingham (www.bmgresearch.co.uk)
  • The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete, depending on the responses you give.
  • All your answers will be treated with the strictest confidence under the rules of the Market Research Society Code of Conduct
  • BMG Research will only pass aggregate data and anonymised findings to HSE, so that HSE will not be able to identify any companies or individuals' responses
  • We will not try to sell you anything as a result of this survey
  • If you want to find out more about the research you can call or email Julie Hollingsworth at BMG Research on 0121 333 6006 or julie.hollingsworth@bmgresearch.co.uk
  • The contact at the HSE is Matt Carter on 07747 840985 or matt.carter@hse.gov.uk
  • The closing date for the survey is 31st January.
