Care for older people campaign

Research shows that older people are less likely to complain about services and they're likely to be less aware of the different ways they can share their views.

Next phase consultation now closed

We'd like to thank everyone who took part in our consultation on our next phase of regulation, which closed on Tuesday 14 February.

We received over 500 responses from the public, providers, voluntary and community sector organisations and other key stakeholders.

We're analysing all of the feedback and we'll publish a response to the consultation in the spring.
