NICE take part in a number of health and social care exhibitions and conferences throughout the year. 
 

NHS Health and Care Innovation Expo

11th - 12th September 2017, Manchester

Expo is the only major conference in England focused on innovation across all aspects of health and social care.

NICE will have a stand at the expo, and will be hosting several pop-up university sessions. The sessions will cover topic areas including:

  • medicines optimisation
  • digital therapy 
  • improving the transfer of care between services and settings
Andrew Dillon, Chief Executive at NICE will host a discussion on the main stage called: "Innovation: aligning ambition, capacity and access". He will be joined by Mike Thompson, Chief Executive of the ABPI, John Stewart, Director of Specialised Commissioning at NHS England and Amanda Sullivan, Chief Officer, Mansfield and Ashfield CCG.
 

Public Health England Annual Conference

12th - 13th September 2017, Coventry

The PHE annual conference, at Warwick University, brings together over 1400 participants from a wide range of organisations, to learn, and share knowledge and experience to help improve public health. This year's conference will focus on promoting world-class science and evidence, making the economic case for prevention and working towards a healthier, fairer society.
